Instagram sign-in

Signing in with Instagram stores the account identifiers needed to recognize you and process removal requests, and your Instagram profile name when available. We do not store an Instagram sign-in token, handle or avatar. Removing Canviz in Instagram or requesting deletion there removes this login identity and Instagram profile name and ends its Canviz sessions. Signing in again creates a new Canviz identity. Projects you created, names you entered directly in Canviz and billing records are retained separately; contact Support for help with existing projects or subscriptions, or to delete your whole account.

What a connected account stores

When you connect an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account we keep only what publishing needs: the access and refresh tokens the platform issues (encrypted at rest), your handle and avatar, the platform’s account id, and the publishing options it reports. We do not import your followers, messages or other content.

Delete a connected account

• In Canviz: Accounts → Disconnect. Tokens are deleted immediately and scheduled posts to that account are cancelled.
• For YouTube, Disconnect also removes cached channel details, video links and statistics from Canviz. It does not delete your original or rendered files, or videos on YouTube. Delete a published video in YouTube Studio.
• From Instagram: remove Canviz under Settings → Website permissions (or Apps and websites). Instagram notifies us and we delete the same data automatically; you are sent to this page with a confirmation code.

Delete your whole Canviz account

Contact Support while signed in, or email kamalojasv2000@gmail.com. If your social account has no email address, we will verify ownership through your signed-in account or another verified support process. We remove YouTube API data within 7 calendar days, and delete your other profile data, threads, uploaded and rendered videos, connected accounts and billing references within 30 days, then confirm completion. Invoices we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period only.
